Barr. The conference was held and concluded with the Parties' agreement on terms that will fully resolve this case. All previously ordered case management plan deadlines, the final pretrial conference, and the trial date are hereby VACATED. Defendant's recently filed Motion for Summary Judgment, [dkt. 29], will remain PENDING, although the response and reply deadline on that motion are currently stayed. It is anticipated that Defendant will file a motion to withdraw that motion at the appropriate time. Within 45 days of the date of this Entry, the Parties shall file a motion that will dismiss this cause and submit a proposed order for the Court's signature that is consistent with the agreement of the Parties.
