ORDER: On July 13, 2026, Plaintiff submitted a letter stating that the parties had agreed to private mediation and that all parties had agreed to continue the current stay. (ECF No. 624 at 1.) It is unclear, however, whether those statements refer to all defendants or only some of them. The letter identifies defendants who have not appeared (footnote 1), defendants who require additional time to consider Plaintiff's mediation proposal (footnote 2), and 28 other defendants who apparently have not responded to the proposal. By July 21, 2026, Plaintiff shall file a letter clarifying: (1) whether any defendant, other than those identified in footnote 1, has not agreed to participate in private mediation; and (2) whether every party, other than those identified in footnote 1, has agreed to continue the current stay during the mediation process. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Magistrate Judge Victoria Reznik on 7/14/2026) (ath)
