Order on Motion for Leave to File Order on Motion for Miscellaneous Relief
ORDER Denying Motion Requests. The defendants filed motions for leave to file opposition to United States' motion for summary judgment, and for leave to file motion for summary judgment in their own behalf DE 203 . The Court, being of the opinion that the parties were represented by counsel who filed opposition to the government's motion, determines that a duplicative pro se motion and response will result in a waste of judicial resources and time. Likewise, the parties pro se request to file motions for summary judgment is obviated by the Courts grant of summary judgment on behalf of the government. It is Ordered that the motions are Denied. (Signed by Judge Kenneth M Hoyt) Parties notified. (mmm4)
