ORDER GRANTING 106 Motion to Appear via ZOOM: An in-person evidentiary hearing is set for July 29, 2026. The Court ordered Defendants the City of East St. Louis and Robert Betts to ensure that Michael Gibbons, Director of Business Development at TransPerfect Legal (Transperfect) would appear in person at the evidentiary hearing and be prepared to provide testimony regarding the status of the forensic examination of the subject devices. Defendants seek permission to have Steve Sanabria, another employee at Transperfect, appear in his stead. Additionally, Defendants request that Mr. Sanabria be allowed to appear remotely via video. The motion is GRANTED. Defendants shall ensure that Mr. Sanabria is available to provide testimony regarding the status of the forensic examination of the subject devices via video at the evidentiary hearing on July 29, 2026.
