ORDER: (1) The Parties' Joint Motion for Preliminary Order Awarding Plaintiff $158,000 in Attorneys' Fees and Costs is conditionally GRANTED pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1988(b) and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 54(d)(2) and 23(h). (2) The manner proposed by Plaintiff to notify the class members about the proposed award of attorneys' fees and costs is APPROVED. (3) Plaintiff shall commence the period for notice of the proposed award of attorneys fees and costs no later than 30 days following the entry of this Order. (4) Plaintiff's counsel shall file a Notice no later than October 15, 2026, advising the court whether any objections were received from class memberswere received, as further set out. (5) A final approval hearing on the fairness and reasonableness of the proposed award is scheduled for October 22, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., in Courtroom 2B of the Frank M. Johnson, Jr. United States Courthouse, One Church Street, Montgomery, Alabama. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to provide a court reporter.
