ORDER: Defendants' motion to compel is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. 96 . The Court concludes that Crawford, Gayden, and Geoly's have waived their objections to Defendants' RFPs and interrogatories, and ORDERS that they produce all documents in their possession, custody, or control that are responsive to Defendants' RFPs and provide complete, written responses to Defendants' interrogatories by no later than June 6, 2024. Defendants' motion to compel is DENIED as to the discovery requests propounded on Plaintiff Gayden. The undersigned DEFERS ruling on Defendants' request to dismiss these Plaintiffs as a sanction.
