TEXT ORDER: After hearing from counsel at the 5/2/2024 telephone Discovery Conference, the Court made the following directives: Court reserves decision on the issue of authorizations for Plaintiff's medical records re: emotional distress damages claim. Court directs parties to confer in the meantime and Plaintiff is to file a joint status report by 5/10/2024 on whether the parties have resolved the issue. Defendant City of Binghamton is directed to send blank authorizations to Plaintiff for State tax returns by 5/3/2024, and Plaintiff is to return the signed authorizations to defendant by 5/10/2024. Copies of any tax returns (state and federal) obtained by City of Binghamton defendant shall be provided to all parties. Court grants request to extend time to complete depositions of four non-party witnesses, the three officers, the special prosecutor, and the 30(b)(6) from the City of Binghamton to 6/29/2024. Attorney Elmouji is to file a status report by 5/17/2024 with a schedule of confirmed depositions, including the name of the individual being deposed and date the deposition is set. Plaintiff's deposition will be scheduled once tax returns are received. Deadlines extended as follows: fact discovery due 8/16/2024; fact discovery motions due 8/30/2024; Plaintiff's expert disclosure due 9/16/2024; Defendants' expert disclosure due 10/16/2024; Rebuttal due 10/31/2024; expert discovery including expert depositions due 11/15/2024; expert discovery motions due 12/2/2024; and dispositive motions to be filed by 1/8/2025.
