MINUTE entry before the Honorable Mary M. Rowland: The Court is in receipt of Patrick Kelly Lyons of Ashcraft & Gerel's notice withdrawing Mr. Lyons and substituting Robert Bryant McCulley of the same firm as counsel of record in the cases listed in Exhibit A to the notice. Attorney McCulley must file appearances on the individual member dockets. The Court has attempted to accommodate parties in the past to substitute lawyers on dozens and dozens of individual dockets. This creates too great an administrative burden on the Court. By 7/24/26, Mr. Bryant is ordered to file a status report on this docket updating the Court on the status of his filing substitutions on the individual dockets. Mailed notice.
