MINUTES of Proceedings: Discovery Hearing held. As stated on the record, the Court agrees with Plaintiff that communications from Mr. Shoemaker to members of the Movement Center that are of a sexual nature are relevant to what the institutional Defendants knew or should have known regarding the claims at issue. Additionally, Mr. Shoemaker appears to have used his personal phone, email, and social media accounts for mixed purposes; i.e., for personal and business purposes. As stated on the record, Defendants must disclose all communications (from the beginning of 2000 until the time Plaintiff left the Movement Center) between Mr. Shoemaker and members of the Movement Center relating to "sexual activity" as defined by the parties.
