Order Dismissing Case
ORDER: Plaintiffs failed to respond to Defendants' motions to dismiss. Plaintiffs were ordered to either file a response to Defendants' motions or file a letter with the court indicating that they did not wish to file an opposition but still intended to prosecute this action by January 22, 2022. Plaintiffs were warned that a failure to do so may lead to the dismissal of the action pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b) for failure to prosecute. Plaintiffs have not responded to the Court's January 12, 2022 Order, nor have they otherwise communicated with the Court since filing an affidavit in support of their motion for a temporary restraining order on November 12, 2020. Accordingly, it appears they have abandoned this case and thus, the complaint is dismissed without prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b). The Clerk of the Court shall enter judgment and close this case. Ordered by Judge Joan M. Azrack on 1/24/2022. (Walsh, Catherine)
