ORDER GRANTING SUPPLEMENTAL MOTION TO WITHDRAW PURSUANT TO LOCAL RULE 1.4 granting 837 Motion to Withdraw as Attorney. The Court GRANTS the motion. MEMO ENDORSEMENT on re: 835 Notice of Withdrawal filed by Spectrum Dynamics Medical Limited. ENDORSEMENT: Pursuant to Local Civil Rule 1.4, "[a]n attorney who has appeared as attorney of record for a party may be relieved or displaced only by order of the Court and may not withdraw from a case without leave of the Court granted by order. Such an order may be granted only upon a showing by affidavit or otherwise of satisfactory reasons for withdrawal or displacement and the posture of the case, including its position, if any, on the calendar, and whether or not the attorney is asserting a retaining or charging lien. All applications to withdraw must be served upon the client and (unless excused by the Court) upon all other parties." Local Civ. R. 1.4 (emphases added).Here, counsel for Plaintiffs demonstrated a satisfactory reason for Ms. Bandyopadhyay's withdrawal, but did not state whether Ms. Bandyopadhyay is asserting a retaining or charing lien, nor whether the application to withdraw was served upon the client. Accordingly, Ms. Bandyopadhyay shall file a supplemental motion for withdrawal that clarifies these items in accordance with the local rule. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Magistrate Judge Katharine H.
