Before the Court is Defendants' Motion for Leave to File Declaration of Ronald Green in Support of Motion to Modify Preliminary Injunction Under Seal (ECF No. 54 ). The Court reviewed the Motion, the redacted and unredacted information sought to be sealed, and evidence in the record demonstrating that while there may be some disagreement between Plaintiff and Defendants regarding whether certain information is confidential, Plaintiff has agreed, at this stage of proceeding, to maintain the confidentiality of the information Defendants seeks to seal through the instant Motion.
The Court further finds that Defendants establish compelling reasons for sealing the information redacted in the attachments to the Declaration of Ronald Green under the standard established in Kamakana v. City & Cnty. of Honolulu, 447 F.3d 1172 (9th Cir. 2006), and case law applying that standard.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants' Motion for Leave to File Declaration of Ronald Green in Support of Motion to Modify Preliminary Injunction Under Seal (ECF No. 54 ) is GRANTED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the sealed Declaration of Ronald Green and attachments thereto at ECF No. 55 are and will remain sealed.

Before the Court is the 53 Emergency Motion to Modify Preliminary Injunction filed by Defendants Communication Unites Everyone, Inc. ("CUE") and David Weddell. Defendants contend that if the asset freeze put in place by the 41 Preliminary Injunction continues in its current form, CUE will cease operations and Defendant Weddell will be "unable to purchase necessary life expenses." (Mot. Modify 7:4-5, ECF No. 53); (Weddell Decl. 2:3-5, Ex. 1 to Mot. Modify, ECF No. 53-1). The Court agrees that the 53 Motion should be handled on an emergency basis. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs must file a Response to the 53 Motion no later than July 28, 2026, at 5 P.M. Pacific Daylight Time ("PDT"), and Defendants may file a Reply no later than July 29, 2026, at 5 P.M. PDT.
