Parties Admiral Insurance Company, Gregg Eidsness Farm Bureau Financial Services, Ryan Specialty, LLC, RT Specialty, RSG Specialty, LLC, Erik W. Fox, and Wolfe & Wyman LLP's Motion to Amend Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order ("Motion") (ECF No. 166) is DENIED without prejudice. The Motion requests extension of discovery and pretrial deadlines but does not outline what meet and confer efforts were made by the parties regarding the discovery deadlines. More importantly, the Motion involves a discovery matter and is subject to the Court's Standing Order (ECF No. 12). If the parties agree or do not contest the extensions requested, they need to submit a stipulation to extend discovery and pretrial orders per LR 23-3. If the parties disagree regarding the extensions, they must follow the Court's Standing Order.
