MINUTES IN CHAMBERS - COURT ORDER by Judge Percy Anderson Striking 55 MOTION for Reconsideration: Accordingly, the Court orders that the civil docket reflect that the FAC is lodged as Exhibit A to Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File First Amended Complaint, and not filed, in accordance with the Court's July 14, 2026 Order. Before the Court is also a Motion for Reconsideration (Docket No. 55), that asks the Court to reconsider its ruling on the Motion to Strike filed by Pac Fill Inc. ("Pac Fill") in the related case 26-3645 PA (BFMx). It appears that this Motion was filed in this case in error. Accordingly, the Court directs that the Motion for Reconsideration (Docket No. 55) be stricken from the docket in this case, and filed in related case 26-3645 PA (BFMx).
