As of this date, plaintiff has not moved for default judgment. Accordingly, it is ordered that on or before June 12, 2024, plaintiff take steps to further prosecute these claims, or show good cause, in writing, as to why this defendant should not be dismissed. Failure to comply with this order will result in the defendant's dismissal, without further notice, for failure to prosecute. In addition, a review of the record indicates that responsive pleadings or preliminary defaults have not been received as to defendant Claude Mauberret. In accordance with the Court's 6 show cause order, it is ordered that defendant Claude Mauberret is DISMISSED withoutprejudice for plaintiff's failure to prosecute. ORDER re 15 Show Cause Order. This matter was previously passed to provide plaintiff additional time to comply with the Court's show cause order. A review of the record indicates proof of service has not been provided as to defendant Lisa Calongne. It is ordered that on or before June 12, 2024, plaintiff shall file into the record proof of service, or show good cause, in writing, why service of process has not been effected. Failure to comply with this order will result in the defendant's dismissal, without further notice, for failure to prosecute. In addition, a review of the record indicates an 15 entry of default has been entered against defendants Kei Crus, Inc., Mark Thomas Bell, and Mark Mueller. As of this date, plaintiff has not moved for default judgment. Accordingly, it is ordered that on or before June 12, 2024, plaintiff take steps to further prosecute these claims, or show good cause, in writing, as to why these defendants should not be dismissed.
