ORDER. This order addresses the agreed fees incurred in 2022 (Docket No. 2012 ) and incorporates the parties' proposed revisions. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that Plaintiffs shall recover $153,897.60 for fees incurred in 2022 (Docket No. 2012 ). This fee award encompasses fees that the Court, pursuant to Docket No. 2055 , previously determined were not prematurely filed and are included as an attachment to the parties' supplemental joint advisory (Docket No. 2137 -6). It is further ORDERED that Plaintiffs may refile their request for the individual time entries that the Court denied as premature pursuant to Docket No. 2055 if and when the underlying motions are resolved successfully in Plaintiffs' favor.
