MINUTE entry before the Honorable Mary M. Rowland: Status hearing held. Off the record discussions occurred with the Court. The Court will rule on the issues of mootness by mail. One day bench trial set for 10/7/26 at 9:30am. Pretrial conference set for 10/6/26 at 9:30am. The parties are directed to review and comply with Judge Rowland's standing order for Proposed Pretrial Orders, which is available on Judge Rowland's webpage located on the Court's website at www.ilnd.uscourts.gov. The joint proposed final pretrial order is due by 9/23/26. All motions in limine, including any Daubert motions, are due by 9/23/26. Responses to motions in limine and Daubert motions are due by 9/30/26. By 9/30/26, the parties must provide the Court with an exhibit binder containing an exhibit list and copies of the objected-to exhibits. After the pretrial conference and rulings on exhibits, parties are to provide the pre-marked exhibits via box.com by 10/7/26. (Any required delivery should be to the courtroom deputy (Room 1226) by 5:00pm on the due date) Parties will be responsible for filing a final exhibit list on the docket at the close of evidence at trial. At least three weeks prior to trial, the parties shall contact the Court's systems department (312-435-6045) to coordinate any specific evidence presentation needs and schedule a date before trial to review the courtroom technology. For scheduling purposes, please notify the court reporter at least a week in advance of any need for realtime or rush trial transcripts. The parties are to appear for an in person hearing on 8/4/26 at 9:30am to discuss whether the bench trial set for 10/7/26 remains necessary in light of the Court's order regarding mootness.
