ORDER: Before the Court are Defendant's Bill of Costs (ECF No. 37 ), Plaintiff's Objection (ECF No. 38 ), and Defendant's Response to Plaintiff's Objections to Bill of Costs (ECF No. 39 ). Defendant asks the Court to tax costs for deposition transcripts and obtaining medical records and EEOC records. Plaintiff objects to all except for the EEOC records. Having reviewed the briefing and relevant caselaw, Plaintiff's Objection to Defendant's Bill of Costs (ECF No. 38 ) is GRANTED in PART and DENIED in PART.
