Defendant Perez states that her counsel is unavailable on the date the Court set the hearing. The Motion asks that the Court cancel the evidentiary hearing on her 399 Motion set by the Court's 483 Order and represents that the other Parties do not oppose that relief. Accordingly, the Motion is GRANTED, in part, and the evidentiary hearing set for August 24, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. is hereby CANCELLED.
