Memo Endorsement
MEMO ENDORSEMENT on re: 113 Letter further update the Court on the settlement negotiations filed by Ian O. Mausner. ENDORSEMENT : The Court will disregard the draft letter since it was not approved by both sides. The Court encourages both sides to keep working on reaching agreement -- and, to that end, to focus on a productive path forward, whatever disagreements and bad blood there may be in the past. Unless and until the Court orders otherwise, the May 9th conference will proceed as scheduled. The Court hopes that the parties can reach agreement and be in a position to execute the agreement during the conference. Either way, the parties should submit a joint status letter to theCourt no later than May 8, 2024. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Jesse M. Furman on 5/3/24) (yv)
