MINUTE ORDER by District Judge John W. Broomes: Plaintiff seeks an extension of time to file a response. (Doc. 298 .) According to Plaintiff, the court imposed a deadline to file a response on August 19, 2026. This court imposed no such deadline. Rather, the court entered a minute order denying Plaintiff's motion for reconsideration. (Doc. 297 .) The court did not order any additional briefing on any issue and does not seek any additional briefing by Plaintiff. As a result, Plaintiff's motion for an extension is denied as moot.
