The parties appeared before the Court on May 23, 2024, via telephone to address their outstanding discovery dispute. After reviewing the parties positions statements and hearing from the parties, the Court finds that while Plaintiffs are designating the same person as their respective Rule 30(b)(6) witness, the parties agree that Defendant may take a 30(b)(6) deposition of each Plaintiff. The Court further finds that Defendant may have up to seven hours for each deposition as contemplated by the Rule. The parties are DIRECTED to meet and confer on possible designations of prior witness testimony as well as any other possible designations relative to the two 30(b)(6) depositions and provide a joint status report to the Court by May 30, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. As the parties represented to the Court that they were engaged in an ongoing meet and confer regarding the Rule 30(b)(6) topics, the Court DIRECTS that they also advise as to the status of this matter in their May 30 report.
