ORDER granting 4311 MOTION for Order to Show Cause as to Litigating Plaintiff Melissa Pike by PHILIPS RS NORTH AMERICA LLC. Plaintiff Melissa Pike shall, no later than the August 4, 2026, either (1) cure her non-compliance with the DMO by delivering to the Philips Defendants all outstanding documents required thereunder, including (a) Preservation Notices, (b) Rule 26(a)(1) disclosures, (c) a completed Litigating Plaintiff Fact Sheet, (d) medical records, (e) autopsy and death certificates, (f) records related to use of a Recalled Device, (g) record collection production, (h) proof of injury, and (i) expert reports, and provide proof of having done so to the Court; or (2) demonstrate good cause for her failure to cure.
