TEXT ORDER: Text Order: As discussed during the 5/16/24 initial scheduling conference, the parties shall exchange initial disclosures under Rule 26 on or before 5/31/24. At this time, the parties may conduct limited, written third-party discovery in respect of the seven individuals identified in the amended complaint who allegedly received defamatory communications from defendants. No depositions shall occur until further order of the Court. The Court will hold a follow-up telephone status conference on 6/25/24 at 4:00 p.m.; dial-in information will be provided to counsel. No later than three (3) business days before the telephone status conference, the parties shall file a joint letter via CM/ECF, not to exceed four (4) pages, that summarizes the status of the discovery conducted to date. In conjunction with the joint status letter, the parties also shall supply the Court with any declarations, affidavits, or any other written materials they believe appropriate, that have been obtained as a result of the discovery authorized herein.
