MINUTE ORDER: On March 8, 2024, the Court granted summary judgment to Defendants but gave Plaintiff until April 12, 2024, to file a motion for reconsideration if he chose to do so. That date has passed, and no motion was filed. For the reasons stated on the record in the hearing on March 8, 2024, judgment is hereby ENTERED in favor of Defendants. This Order constitutes a final judgment of the Court within the meaning of Rule 58(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The Deputy Clerk of Court is directed to terminate the case.
