ORDER with respect to 24 Letter Motion for Conference. The Court has received Plaintiff's pre-motion letter, but it has not received a response from Defendant. Pursuant to the Court's Individual Rules of Practice in Civil Cases, if a letter motion is not on consent, any opposing party should submit a letter setting forth its position within three business days of the initial letter. The Court hereby sua sponte ADJOURNS the deadline for Defendant to respond to Plaintiff's letter to July 1, 2026. If Defendant does not respond by the extended deadline, the Court will treat Plaintiff's request as unopposed and grant the requested order compelling production..
