ORDER: Before the Court is Plaintiffs' Stipulated Motion for Voluntary Dismissal of Defendant Starplex Corporation pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a), ECF No. 57 . Under Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A), a plaintiff may dismiss an action without court order by filing: (i) a notice of dismissal before the opposing party serves either an answer or a motion for summary judgment; or (ii) a stipulation of dismissal signed by all parties who have appeared. Here, the stipulation is signed by all parties who have appeared. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: Plaintiffs' Stipulated Motion for Voluntary Dismissal of Starplex Corporation, ECF No. 57 , is GRANTED. Defendant Starplex Corporation is DISMISSED.
