   ORDER granting in part 393 Joint Motion for Extension of Time and Request for Status Conference. The Court grants the Joint Motion only in so far as the Court sets a status conference by video conference on July 21, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. Video conference information will be provided to counsel of record via email. Non-case-related participants can join the hearing by dialing the conference line at 785-337-8299 and entering the following conference ID: 673 598 390. On or before July 17, 2026, the parties shall file a notice listing by name each Plaintiff that remains in this lawsuit. At the status conference, Plaintiffs must come prepared to explain whether any Plaintiffs included in that notice will be voluntarily dismissing their claims as a result of the parties' recent settlement discussions. The parties additionally must come prepared to discuss footnote 1 in the 393 Joint Motion. Specifically, Plaintiffs shall come prepared to briefly explain whether any remaining Plaintiffs contend they have a legal claim that falls outside of the Court's 383 Memorandum and Order. All other relief sought in the Joint Motion is denied without prejudice. The Court will discuss potential deadlines with the parties during the status conference. The parties, however, are put on notice that the Court is not inclined to further delay the prosecution of this lawsuit by another 90 days. If Plaintiffs intend to continue to prosecute their claims, they shall come prepared with a concrete plan for the timely prosecution of any remaining claims. Signed by Magistrate Judge Rachel E.
