Jury selection will begin on May 28, 2024. The Court may go full days and will inform the parties in advance of the trial of the schedule and the time allotted to each party.
The Court will reserve time from 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. each morning for the parties to present any anticipated issues.
Defense counsel will propose precautions to be used at trial to protect the well-being of its witnesses.

By May 23, 2024 the parties will have conferred, identified contested exhibits, and provided the Court with courtesy copies of all exhibits.
During trial, by 4:00 p.m. each day the parties will share with each other the names of the witnesses they intend to call the next day.
