Scheduling Order ~Util - Set Trial Management Order Deadlines
SCHEDULING ORDER: As stated on the record during the status conference held today, counsel shall confer and submit a joint letter on or before August 11, 2026, containing a proposed schedule for the completion of the substituted expert discovery, as well as a proposed date for the submission of an amended joint pretrial order. Counsel were instructed to consider whether this action can be bifurcated, for trial purposes, in terms of liability and damages. The parties shall discuss the issue amongst themselves and with each other and shall file a joint status letter on or before November 16, 2026. Finally, jury selection in this action will take place on February 16, 2027 at 9:30 a.m. in Courtroom 840, Alfonse M. D'Amato U.S. Courthouse, Central Islip, New York.
