   Order on Motion for Extension of Time

   ORDER terminating 16 Letter Motion for Extension of Time. On June 23, 2026, Plaintiff filed a motion for an extension of time to file an amended complaint in response to the Courts May 26, 2026 order and a declaration in support of that motion. (ECF 15, 16.) The Court grants Plaintiff an additional 30 days from the date of this order to file an amended complaint as specified in the Courts May 26, 2026 order. If Plaintiff does not file an amended complaint within the time allowed, the Court will direct the Clerk of Court to enter a judgment dismissing this action for the reasons set forth in the Courts May 26, 2026 order. The effect of that judgment will be as described in the Courts May 26, 2026 order, which includes the Court declining to consider, under its supplemental jurisdiction, Plaintiffs remaining state law claims not dismissed in that order.
