ORDER Confirming the First Amended Plan of Reorganization of The Fairbanks Company under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. The findings of facts, conclusions of law, determinations, judgments, decrees, and orders contained in the Report and Recommendation are hereby adopted, approved, and affirmed in all respects in their entirety, as if the Report and Recommendation were the opinion of the Court and specifically set forth herein. All related documents and transactions are hereby CONFIRMED, APPROVED, AND AFFIRMED in each and every respect pursuant to sections 524(g), 1129, and all other relevant sections of the Bankruptcy Code, all as more fully set forth in the Report and Recommendation. Pursuant to section 524(g) of the Bankruptcy Code, the Asbestos Channeling Injunction provided for in the Plan is hereby approved in all respects and issued in accordance with the terms of the Plan Documents. The Debtor is hereby authorized to proceed with the implementation of the Plan and the establishment of the Asbestos Trust in accordance with the Plan. The Bankruptcy Court shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine all matters arising from the implementation of this Order. Signed by Judge Leigh Martin May on 07/21/2021. (rvb)
