Summary Judgment
(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER GRANTING, IN PART, AND DENYING, IN PART DEFENDANT TARGET CORPORATIONS MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT, OR IN THE ALTERNATIVE, PARTIAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT [DKT. 165 ] by Judge Sunshine Suzanne Sykes: In light of this order, the parties are ORDERED to meet and confer IN PERSON to discuss the impact, if any, the Court's rulings have on the pending motions in limine and trial filings. If the parties cannot agree upon a location to meet, then they must have their conference in the attorney workroom at the George E. Brown, Jr. Federal Building and United States Courthouse. The parties shall notify the Courtroom Deputy, via email at SSS_Chambers@cacd.uscourts.gov, at least 24 hours in advance, if the parties will be utilizing the attorney workroom. To give the parties ample time to informally resolve their disputes, the Court continues the in-person hearing set for May 20, 2024, to May 22, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. The parties must inform the Court of the issues that are resolved or narrowed by May 21, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. The parties are reminded that if any issues are unresolved before 8:30 p.m. on May 22, the parties will be ordered to appear in person each subsequent day thereafter from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., until all disputes are settled.
