Accordingly, the Court ORDERS as follows: 1. The supersedeas bond posted by Defendant County of Los Angeles is APPROVED. 2. Enforcement and execution of the Judgment, including the Court's award of attorney's fees and costs against Defendant County of Los Angeles are STAYED pending final resolution of the appeal and cross-appeal, including issuance of the mandate by the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, or until further order of this Court.
