Raymond is no longer required to post bond in this Action. The remaining provisions of the Court's 418 Memorandum and Order regarding the stay of execution of the Judgment in this action until this Court rules on Raymond's post-verdict motions or the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit issues a mandate regarding the Judgment remain in effect.
