Order
ORDER: This matter is before the Court sua sponte as a result of Counsel's' failure to comply with this Court's Revised Practice Standard IV.A.3. In the 106 Final Pretrial Order entered on May 9, 2024, Counsel stipulated that trial would take an estimated 10 days. Pursuant to this Court's Revised Practice Standards, trials in excess of 5 days will not be set until a Status Conference is held to consider the necessity of a trial in excess of one week. The Court will therefore set a Status Conference without input from counsel for June 17, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom A801,and WILL NOT reset the Status Conference absent substantial good cause. The Final Trial Preparation Conference and Trial will be scheduled at this time. SO ORDERED by Judge William J. Martinez on 5/20/2024. Text Only Entry (wjmsec, )
