ORDER. Per the Court's previous order at ECF No. 53, the parties were to move to lift the stay in this action within seven days of resolution of the appeal, if appropriate. ECF No. 53. The Second Circuit's notice at ECF No. 55 indicates that the parties stipulated to a withdrawal of the appeal on July 13, 2026. To date, the Court has not received a motion to lift the stay in this action. The Court sua sponte extends the parties' deadline to file such motion.
