MDL TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of the parties' status letter dated August 28, 2026. (Doc. No. 45865 ). For good cause shown, the deadlines set in this matter shall remain held in abeyance pending further order of the Court. In light of the status of this matter, and exercising the Court's discretion to manage this MDL, the Court finds good cause to require regular updates as to the status of communications with claimants, claimant participation, and the settlement process. Accordingly, beginning on September 15, 2026, and every two weeks thereafter until otherwise ordered, Negotiation Counsel shall submit via email to rls_orders@njd.uscourts.gov a confidential joint update as to the status of claimant participation and identification of any areas in which the Court's assistance may be necessary.
