ORDER: Pending before the Court is the parties' joint motion to stay proceedings for sixty (60) days and for status conference thereafter (Docket No. 28 ), which is GRANTED IN PART for the reasons requested. Proceedings in the case are STAYED for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of entry of this order. This stay applies to all deadlines set forth in this Court's June 4, 2026 order. By no later than September 11, 2026, the parties must file a joint status report that sets out the current status of the matter, whether the stay should be lifted or extended, and the parties' positions on the resetting of the deadlines set forth in this Court's June 4, 2026 order (Docket No. 26 ). The case management conference presently set for October 5, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (CT) (see Docket No. 27 at L) shall proceed as directed unless the parties move to reset the case management conference or the Court resets the case management conference for a different date.
