THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendant Boost Health Insurance Agency, LLC's Amended Emergency Motion to Extend the Discovery Deadline and Modify the Case Scheduling Order (DE ( 47 ) ("Motion to Extend Deadline") and Plaintiffs' Counsel's Motion for Leave to Withdraw as Counsel (DE 48 ) ("Motion to Withdraw"). On August 19, 2026, the Court held a hearing, at which it addressed both Motions. (DE 50). For the reasons stated on the record, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1.The Motion to Withdraw (DE 48 ) is GRANTED. 2.On or before September 9, 2026, Plaintiffs shall obtain substitute counsel or file written notice on the docket that they intend to proceed with the case on a pro se basis. Terminated counsel is DIRECTED to serve a hardcopy of this Order on their former clients and file a notice of compliance with the last known addresses for future service. 3.The Motion to Extend Deadline (DE ( 47 ) is GRANTED. 4.On or before August 24, 2026, Defendants shall file a proposed amended scheduling order.
