Order on Motion to Withdraw as Attorney
ORDER with respect to 21 Motion to Withdraw as Attorney. At this time, the Court will hold that motion in abeyance. Plaintiff, however, is hereby ordered to either make contact with counsel, obtain new counsel, or notify the Court that they intend to represent themselves pro se by August 27, 2026. If by that time, plaintiff has failed to do any of the foregoing, the Court may dismiss the case without prejudice for failure to prosecute. Plaintiff's counsel should serve this order on plaintiff by e-mail and mail, and should communicate the substance of the order to plaintiff by text message and phone message. SO ORDERED.
