The court heard from the parties concerning ongoing discovery on Bixby's ability to pay the judgment in Oliveira's favor. See 62 ; 82 ; 83 . The court rules as follows:
Bixby shall produce any outstanding discovery by the end the day of today, August 19, 2026. Oliveira shall make any additional discovery requests of Bixby by end of day Friday, August 21, 2026. Should the parties have any further discovery disputes, Oliveira may request an additional hearing. The parties shall meet and confer in an attempt to reach a payment plan for Bixby to satisfy the judgment. If Oliviera wishes to have a further hearing scheduled, he may file a motion and the Court will schedule it.
