ORDER denying without prejudice to renewal 82 Letter Motion for Extension of Time; denying without prejudice to renewal 83 Letter Motion for Extension of Time. The Court is in receipt of Ms. Liu and associated Defendants' request for an extension of time to respond to the Complaint (Dkt. #82-83), as well as Plaintiffs' above response (Dkt. #87). The Court understands that today's preliminary injunction hearing may have changed the parties' respective positions regarding this dispute. The Court accordingly DENIES Defendants' request without prejudice to renew, and ORDERS the parties to meet and confer regarding an appropriate response deadline. ORDER GRANTING PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION granting 7 Motion for Preliminary Injunction. Accordingly, good cause appearing, the Court hereby GRANTS Plaintiffs' Motion for Preliminary Injunction. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: The Stipulations filed w ith this Court at docket entries 85 and 86 between Plaintiffs and the Stipulating Defendants, as defined therein, are incorporated by reference. This Order is issued without prejudice to Plaintiffs seeking further, additional, or different relief a s appropriate, including further equitable or legal relief. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65, and the Court's findings above of Plaintiffs' substantial likelihood of success on the merits and Enjoined Defendants' lack of harm by this injunction, the Court exercises its discretion and sets bond at $50,000.00. This Order shall continue in full force and effect until terminated or modified by this Court. This Order shall become immediately effective upon its entry.
