Order on Motion for Protective Order
ORDER: On August 27, 2026, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Protective Order, wherein the parties "move for the entry of the accompanying protective order pursuant to Fed R. Civ. P. 26(c) and Local Rule 7.2." ECF No. 12. The parties represent "[a] copy of the proposed protective order is being submitted to the Court contemporaneously with this motion." Id. at 4. The Joint Motion, however does not include the stipulated protective order and counsel also did not email a copy of the proposed protective order to chambers. The Joint Motion is, therefore, DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
Counsel are reminded "[w]hen filing a motion for entry of a stipulated protective order, the motion must include the language of the stipulated protective order and the signatures of counsel for all parties [and a] proposed stipulated protective order must be e-mailed in Word format to efile_berg@casd.uscourts.gov."
