   ORDER OF CONSOLIDATION. There are currently nine actions pending before the undersigned related to Defendant's alleged data breach incident on May 23, 2026: 26-CV-833; 26-CV-835; 26-CV-847; 26-CV-848; 26-CV-850; 26-CV-868; 26-CV-893; 26-CV-918; and 26-CV-947. In Case No. 26-CV-835, Plaintiff filed a motion for consolidation, indicating that there is a significant overlap among the factual issues and claims in each of these actions. Defendant has responded to the motion, expressing no objection to consolidation of these actions for pretrial purposes. Accordingly, as there are "common question[s] of law and fact" in all of these cases, see Fed. R. Civ. P. 42(a), and absent objection, the cases bearing the following docket numbers are hereby consolidated with this action for pretrial purposes only: 26-CV-833; 26-CV-835; 26-CV-847; 26-CV-848; 26-CV-850; 26-CV-868; 26-CV-893; 26-CV-918; and 26-CV-947.
   
   The lead case shall be 26-CV-833, as it is the first-filed action. Motions for appointment of interim class counsel shall be filed in the Lead Case by any interested Plaintiffs' counsel by August 20, 2026. Defendant's deadline to answer or otherwise respond to the operative complaint in the Lead Case (and each independent action) is hereby suspended, in anticipation of a consolidated amended class action complaint being filed in the Lead Case after appointment of interim class counsel. The Court also suspends the parties' deadline to file a Rule 26(f) report in all of the actions, including the Lead Case, and will reset this deadline following the appointment of interim class counsel.
