THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Defendants Galati Yacht Sales, LLC, MarineMax, Inc., MarineMax East, Inc., Fraser Yachts Florida, Inc., Fraser Yachts California Corporation, and Northrop & Johnson Yacht Ships, LLC's ("Defendants") Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. 283 . Therein, Defendants request that Attorneys Michael E. Martinez of K&L Gates LLP and Brian J. Smith of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati be withdrawn as counsel in this case. Id. at 1. Defendants note they will continue to be represented by Christina M. Paul and Charles F. Wolf of Dentons US LLP in this matter. Id. Accordingly, UPON CONSIDERATION of the Motion, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise advised of the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendants' Motion 283 is GRANTED. Attorneys Michael E. Martinez and Brian J. Smith are relieved of all further responsibilities related to this action. The Clerk of Court is INSTRUCTED to REMOVE Michael E. Martinez and Brian J.
