Defendants' Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. No. 45) is GRANTED. Defendants' Request for Judicial Notice (Dkt. No. 46) is DENIED AS MOOT. 2. The Court DISMISSES Plaintiff's claims for violations of the California Invasion of Privacy Act ("CIPA") and Breach of Implied Contract. The Court further GRANTS Plaintiff leave to amend her CIPA claim, but DENIES Plaintiff leave to amend her Breach of Implied Contract claim. 3. Within twenty-one (21) days, Plaintiff may file a Second Amended Complaint. Failure to timely file an amended Complaint indicates that Plaintiff wishes to continue litigation based on the current FAC.4. The September 4, 2026 hearing is VACATED.
