Order on Motion for Extension of Time to File Response to a Motion Order on Motion for Leave to File
ORDER granting the 11 Defendants' Motion to Extend Deadline to Oppose Plaintiff's Motion for Remand, filed by Defendants Cool Moon Hospitality LLC and Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions, LLC (collectively "Defendants"). For efficiency, Defendants seek an additional fourteen (14) days to respond to the 8 Motion to Remand ("MTR"), filed by Plaintiff Sabrina Butler, because Plaintiff intends to file a supplemental memorandum in support of the MTR. The Motion further states that Plaintiff does not object to the relief sought. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the 12 Motion for Leave to file Supplemental Memorandum in Support of Motion for Remand, filed by Plaintiff, is GRANTED as briefing is still ongoing and Defendants do not object to the relief sought (the Motion for Leave states that Cool Moon's counsel does not oppose the relief sought, but Defendants Motion to Extend Deadline states that both Defendants have no objection to Plaintiff's request to supplement the Motion for Remand). See R. Doc. 11, p. 1; R. Doc. 12. Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is directed to docket into the record the [12-2] Supplemental Memorandum in Support of Motion to Remand, with attached [12-3] exhibit as supplemental briefing in support of Plaintiff's 8 Motion for Remand. As Plaintiff's supplemental memorandum has been filed, IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants shall file any opposition memorandum to the 8 Motion to Remand by no later than July 22, 2026. Signed by Magistrate Judge Erin Wilder-Doomes on 7/8/2026. (This is a TEXT ENTRY ONLY. There is no hyperlink or PDF document associated with this entry.) (BLR)
