The parties report there are no disputes as to the propriety of the pending motion to reinstate in Case No. 1:25-cv-08621, filed between July 16, 2026, and August 15, 2026. Defendants bring no objections to five of the refiled cases filed in the same time period: Case Nos. 1:25-cv-15760, 1:26-cv-06990, 1:26-cv-08748, 1:26-cv-08998, and 1:26-cv-09358. Defendants object to one refiled case, Case No. 1:26-cv-08020. Defendants note that the Court previously dismissed this Plaintiff's original case, 1:26-cv-08020, without prejudice with leave to refile by 6/25/25, and that the Court explained that if Plaintiff did not refile their case by 6/25/25, the dismissal would be converted to one with prejudice.
