Upon compliance with the requirements set forth in the CMSO, Defendant may then file a motion for summary judgment on or before September 9, 2026. If filed, Plaintiff LG Properties, LLC may respond, and Defendant may reply, respectively, within the time constraints provided by Local Rule 3.01 and the CMSO. See Order for further details.
